About The Position

Ashley Manor Eagles is hiring a Caregiver / Medication Technician to support residents in memory care. The role provides compassionate assistance with daily routines and emotional well-being in a supportive, small-home environment. Team members help residents with personal care, meals, medication routines, and meaningful activities while maintaining a clean, safe living space and accurate care records.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old, or 17 with a CNA certificate in Idaho.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Be certified in First Aid and CPR.
• Be able to lift approximately 35 pounds.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have or obtain Certified in Medication Assistance certification within the first 45 days.
• Demonstrate respectful care that honors residents’ dignity.
• Have strong communication skills and maintain confidentiality.
• Respond calmly and capably in emergencies.
• Be eager to learn, grow, and build genuine connections.

Nice To Haves

• CNA certification.
• Cooking experience for groups.
• Prior caregiving experience in assisted living.
• Community service experience.
• A passion for enriching the lives of older adults.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with grooming, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Support residents’ medication routines and monitor their well-being.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living space.
• Engage residents in meaningful, uplifting activities.
• Keep accurate records to support quality care.
