About The Position

The Med/Surg RN consults and coordinates with health care team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. The nurse prepares and administers prescribed medications orally, subcutaneously, or through an IV, and records their administration. The role includes reporting adverse reactions to medications or treatments, educating patients on surgical procedures, and recording patients’ medical information and vital signs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience.
• COVID vaccine required.
• BLS – AHA required.

Responsibilities
