About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for supervising nursing care and works under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and physicians to ensure patients’ well-being and comfort. The RN administers medications, monitors patients, and collaborates with the healthcare team. This is a night-shift Med Surg role designated as safety sensitive.

Requirements

Hold a valid, active Registered Nurse license in good standing in the state of Arkansas.
Have BLS certification upon hire.
Obtain ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS within 90 days.
Obtain TNCC within one year.

Responsibilities

Supervise nursing care.
Administer medications.
Monitor patients.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patients’ well-being and comfort.
