Med Spa Receptionist
About The Position
Sirius Day Spa, Salon & Med Spa is expanding and looking for the perfect candidate for their award-winning spa. They are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at their thriving clinic. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, greeting them upon arrival, booking appointments, answering phone calls, and collecting payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. This role offers a salary plus commission on memberships and product sales.
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
- Sell memberships, clothing and products
- Work with our partner rewards points vendors including Alle and Galderma
