Spa Receptionist
About The Position
Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently looking for a Spa Receptionist (Part Time). This role is essential for handling Spa guests with check-ins/outs efficiently and in a friendly manner, managing Spa reservations, and assigning therapists. The Spa Receptionist will handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests, resolving guest complaints, and assisting with inquiries about Spa or Hotel services. The position also requires working harmoniously with co-workers and assisting in other areas like Spa Attendant and Pool Attendant during high volume periods or absences. Other duties and projects may be assigned.
Requirements
- Experienced customer service professional with a passion for service and hospitality
- At least 1 year of previous experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa environment
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
- Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
- Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Must be flexible with schedule – Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Must provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America
Responsibilities
- Handle Spa guests with check ins/outs in accordance with hotel credit/cash handling policies in an efficient and friendly manner
- Assist with Spa reservations, assigning therapists with appropriate treatment rooms
- Handle all guest interactions with highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- Accommodating special requests whenever possible, resolve guest complaints, assist guests in all inquiries in connection with Spa or Hotel services
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors and fellow departments
- Assist with duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Spa Attendant and Pool Attendant
- Other duties and projects as assigned
