About The Position

Open and run a brand-new VIO Med Spa in Queen Creek’s premium Switchyard district. As the founding manager, you hire and lead the team, drive membership growth, and own the guest experience for one of metro Phoenix’s most anticipated new med spas, with an invested owner on-site and a clear path as the brand grows across Arizona. VIO Med Spa is an established, nationally recognized franchise, and this is the first of several planned Arizona locations under an owner who will be on-site daily. The spa sits in The Switchyard, Queen Creek’s first walkable dining and retail district, surrounded by premier restaurants and luxury residences in one of the fastest-growing communities in the East Valley and the greater Phoenix metro. You step in early, set up the operation, and build the team, so you lead the location as a founder rather than inheriting someone else’s setup. With more Arizona locations on the way, strong managers have a real path to grow with the brand into multi-unit and leadership opportunities over time.

Requirements

  • Proven people leadership: hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching a team.
  • A track record of driving sales, membership, or revenue goals in a service business.
  • Comfort owning operations: scheduling to labor targets, inventory, vendors, and KPI reporting.
  • Full-time, on-site availability in Queen Creek ahead of a December 2026 opening, including some evenings and weekends around launch.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in med spa, aesthetics, healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or premium retail and service.
  • Experience opening or launching a new location.
  • Familiarity with membership models and CRM or point-of-sale and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, schedule, and coach the front-desk and support team, and set the service culture.
  • Drive membership growth, sales, and retention against clear monthly goals.
  • Own the guest experience and the VIO brand standard from first call to follow-up.
  • Run daily operations: scheduling to labor targets, inventory, vendors, supplies, and facility readiness.
  • Support the owner with budget inputs, KPI reporting, and the numbers behind the location.
  • Lead local marketing, community events, and launch activity at The Switchyard.
  • Partner with the clinical team on scheduling and patient flow (non-clinical).

Benefits

  • $33/hr base, full-time, plus a performance bonus of up to 10% tied to the location’s growth, with additional incentives for membership growth and a monthly benefits stipend until formal benefits begin.
