Requirements

Strong customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written)
Strong organizational skills
Teamwork, autonomy, communication skills, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Monitoring experimental and production purchase/work orders, both current and upcoming.
Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external clients to successfully deliver on mandates.
Contributing to maintaining a high level of manufacturing performance through collaboration and positive influence.
Tracking work orders within the plant.
Providing updates to development engineering and senior management on critical parts progress.
Processing new manufacturing requests and introducing them into the production line.
Preparing and sending manufacturing quotes to development engineering.
Participating in technical discussions regarding manufacturing procedures.
