Med Sales Fronter (Call Center)
About The Position
Life Protect 24/7 serves as a lifeline for our customers. Currently we’re expanding our Clearwater team and seeking motivated Med Alert Fronters to generate qualified transfers for our Medical Alert sales team. No prior experience needed- we provide training. How do you do that? As a Med Alert Fronter, you are the first point of contact. You will handle inbound calls, follow a simple script, and gather basic qualifying information before transferring interested callers to a Medical Alert Sales Closer. You are not responsible for closing sales or collecting payment.This is a great entry-level opportunity with clear growth paths into higher-paying sales roles based on performance.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Ability to read a script naturally and build quick rapport
- Ability to multitask(example: typing and navigating multiple screens while on calls)
- Prioritize and manage time
- Reliable transportation to work on-site in Clearwater, FL
- Fluent in English
- Positive attitude and coachability
- Motivation, and desire to achieve.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience as a Fronter, Opener, Customer Service or Call Center work is preferred but not required.
