About The Position

This role requires an experienced MECM Engineer with a strong background in Azure, specifically focusing on designing and deploying Windows 10 and 11 provisioning processes using Intune Autopilot. The engineer will be responsible for managing group policy objects, troubleshooting application and system issues in a growing and virtualized environment, and collaborating with the team on new technology initiatives and production environment upgrades. A consultative mindset and experience with incident, problem, and change request management are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience (additional years of directly applicable experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree).
• Active Security+CE Certification.
• Experience with Scripting/Automation using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
• Experience using SCCM, MECM, Intune and a thorough understanding of co-management.
• Experience troubleshooting issues in a growing environment.
• A consultative/advisory mindset with the ability to design.
• Experience in troubleshooting application issues in virtualized environment.
• Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Request Management.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Windows 10 and 11 provisioning processes using Intune Autopilot.
• Manage group policy objects.
• Utilize best practices for creating, testing, deploying, and managing GPO’s in an Azure Intune environment.
• Troubleshoot issues in a growing environment.
• Troubleshoot application issues in a virtualized environment.
• Manage incidents, problems, and change requests.
• Collaborate with the team in implementing new technology initiatives, standards, major changes, or upgrades to production environments.
