About The Position

ASML is seeking a Mechatronics Engineer to specify, design, develop, realize, integrate, and test modules, tools, and system-level solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. The role’s scope varies by job grade, from executing defined technical work to leading complex module development, shaping technical direction, and driving system-level integration across multiple designs. The position leads complex technical design work within a discipline or owns a module-level scope involving input from multiple engineers. The engineer works autonomously on complex tasks and may interface with suppliers or customers as part of a broader team. The role is based on-site in Wilton, Connecticut, and may require domestic or international travel up to 10%, depending on business needs. The position involves routine sitting, walking, talking, hearing, keyboard use, reaching, stretching, and occasional movement around campus. It may occasionally require lifting or moving up to 20 pounds. There is potential exposure to strong magnetic fields, high voltage, and currents; specific vision abilities may include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjustment of focus. ASML offers employees and their families medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, participation in the company’s 401(k) plan, eight hours of vacation leave per month, and 13 paid holidays per calendar year. The role requires legal authorization to access controlled technology under U.S. export regulations before work begins.
