Mechanical Technician
About The Position
Tired of waiting on parts, chasing comebacks, and watching the clock? At LubeZone, we fix it, finish it, and send it back down the highway the same day. Our Odessa shop needs a Mechanical Technician who can own the bay, hit the road, and get paid for every hour of book time they crush. Get Paid for What You Fix: $20.00/hr starting pay, guaranteed no matter how busy the shop gets. Earn 10% to 16% of every labor hour you bill, and each new tier pays back to hour one. Paid on book time. Beat the clock and keep the credit. Top techs earn an extra $20 for every hour they bill.
