The candidate will select appropriate tools, monitor the assembly process, evaluate materials, and identify potential problems. Active participation in New Product Introduction (NPI) is expected, with the ability to make tooling and process suggestions for new products. The role requires using mathematics to solve complex mechanical assembly problems and demands a self-starter attitude.
