Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. We are seeking an Electrical Assembler with experience in soldering and assembly for our first shift manufacturing team. Come support various programs in electronic warfare using your skills in manufacturing. You will work in a manufacturing team that supports critical mission capabilities.

Requirements

  • Needs to be able to read and interpret work instructions and mechanical drawings.
  • Experience working with circuit cards.
  • Ability to become solder certified.
  • Effective communication and team work.
  • Computer literacy
  • Experienced in circuit card assembly
  • Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Assembles electronic components, assemblies, subassemblies and modules by working from samples, visual aids, prints, wiring lists and diagrams, routing instructions and process sheets using appropriate tooling and machinery.
  • Performs electronic assembly operations such as wire termination, and installation of wire harness, cable assemblies, relays, transformers, capacitors, resistors or other electronic components.
  • Collaborate with team members and engineering team to produce quality products.
  • Solder through hole, surface mount, jumpers, and complex wiring on circuit card assemblies and other electro-mechanical devices.
  • Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans.
  • Inspects results to ensure conformance to IPC-610 standards.
