About The Position

This position supports our Weekend Night Shift working Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 3PM to 3AM. You will work 36 Hours and be paid for 40 Hours plus earn a 15% pay premium. This position requires assemblers to put together various products such electronic boards including adding epoxy, may require operating bonding equipment, reading detailed instructions to ensure products are created efficiently and correctly. Some of the operations may require training. These training courses need to be during first shift or 2nd shift until training is completed and certified by engineering department to be able to work on the weekend shift independently. Some Computer skills require, Interpret assembly instructions. Listen to directions from supervisors, determine if all parts are present. Read and interpret blueprints and sketches, be able to read and understand parts list. Assemble tools and materials, positions parts and subassemblies. Interpret measurements, verify specifications, assemble components. Ensure all parts are fitted and screwed in properly, understand measurements and dimensions, calipers to fit specifications. Resolve assembly and production issues, troubleshoot malfunctions and perform repairs as needed after training is completed. Ensure working environment is clean and safe, report errors in product line or system recording- (Solumina, Tip-QA, PLM, or Paperless software) Complete quality products and move from operation in the system, be able to place orders for supplies as needed if parts are short or needs to be replaced.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or some skills.
  • Assembling electronic boards with the highest quality required for our product classification class.
  • Some Computer skills required.
  • Interpret assembly instructions.
