Lead and mentor a team of mechanical operators in the design, development, and validation of innovative mechanical solutions for Jabil's diverse product portfolio, ensuring high quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a technical team.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards relevant to product development.
• Project management experience, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of mechanical operators, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and fostering professional development.
• Develop and implement robust mechanical design processes, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product integration and manufacturability.
• Manage project schedules and resources for mechanical engineering activities.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the product development process.
• Participate in design reviews and provide critical feedback to ensure design integrity and compliance with specifications.
