• Strong print-reading skills, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic prints.
• Understanding of production processes and demonstrated leadership ability.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Nice To Haves

• Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Good manufacturing practices (GMP) knowledge.
• Experience with automation and molding components.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot high-speed automation systems.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Read and work from layout drawings and wiring schematics.
• Install electrical components and perform diagnostic tests.
• Resolve root causes of assembly and molding quality issues.
• Communicate technical updates to production and maintenance leadership.
• Support production planning and machine assignments.
