About The Position

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing equipment preventive and predictive maintenance plans. The engineer will manage spare part reservation plans, utilize value analysis and reliability modeling to control and improve spare parts inventory, and ensure spare part availability. The position involves applying methodologies like FMEA and FRACAS to develop engineering solutions for repetitive failures and other operational problems. The engineer will also statistically analyze the life cycle and wear performance of critical spare parts, manage equipment asset lists and maintenance plans, and determine technical criteria for evaluating vendors and suppliers. Additionally, the role includes managing department control documents according to quality systems, customer, and company requirements, as well as overseeing equipment 5S and TPM management.

Requirements

• Design, develop and implement equipment preventive and predictive maintenance plans.

• Manage equipment asset list and maintenance plan.
• Implement, adjust, and verify effectiveness of equipment maintenance plans.
• Determine and assess technical criteria to evaluate vendors and suppliers.
• Manage department control documents according to Quality system, customer and company requirement.
• Manage equipment 5S.
• Manage equipment TPM.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement equipment preventive and predictive maintenance plans, which incorporate preventive maintenance measures.
• Review and manage spare part reservation plan. Utilizing value analysis and reliability modeling, effectively control and improve spare parts inventory and reservation plans; Ensure spare part availability.
• Applying methodologies such as FMEA (Failure Modes Effects Analysis) and FRACAS (Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System), develop engineering solutions to resolve repetitive failures and other problems that adversely affect plant operations.
• Statistically analyze the life cycle and wear performance of critical spare parts on production and utility equipment.
• Equipment asset list and maintenance plan management; Responsible for equipment maintenance plan implementation, adjustment, and effectiveness verification.
• Determine and assess technical criteria to evaluate vendors and suppliers for equipment installations, upgrades and maintenance.
• Department control document management according to Quality system, customer and company requirement.
• Equipment 5S management, responsible for equipment 5s rectification and supervision.
• Equipment TPM management, responsible for equipment TPM rectification and supervision.
• Other duties as assigned.
