First Quality Tissue SE in Anderson SC is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining production and associated equipment to ensure the highest reliability, proper line performance, and safe operation. This role requires the ability to work 12.5-hour swing shifts. The technician will apply principles of "precision" maintenance, coordinate PM programs, and identify and correct potential electrical/mechanical hazards. They will test electromechanical assemblies, read blueprints and schematics, install and repair equipment using various tools, and ensure parts meet specifications. The role also involves analyzing test results, operating metalworking machines, repairing hydraulic/pneumatic systems, training others on robot maintenance, and utilizing a CMMS for work orders and parts procurement.
