INTECH Process Automation is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team. Key Responsibilities: Inspect, test, calibrate, repair, install, fabricate, construct, adjust, lubricate, maintain, dismantle, and clean all mechanical equipment. Provide expert analysis and facility equipment support, valves, Power generators, pumps, fans, motors, air compressors, and other key mechanical equipment condition assessment. Audit equipment reports daily and inspect equipment on a regular basis to ensure compliance. Perform periodic equipment condition assessments and update the component health status. Carry out planned maintenance and defect repair work on a range of mechanical equipment which includes pumps, fans, Power generators, motors, and pipe work. Have experience of maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment including. Be experienced at welding, plumbing, and manufacturing items using workshop machinery. Perform any and other assignments from time to time as management so directs. Safe and efficient operation of all mechanical, rotating equipment and associated systems, including high frequency PM work, documentation reporting and Log Keeping duties. Establish job scopes and time frames for all work requests and projects. Report any problems, startup issues or abnormal conditions. Be the promoter of every possible action to promote knowledge in Maintenance Departments. Work in conjunction with the electrical maintenance team. Perform Field walkdown inspections and analyses for key mechanical components. To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have: An Associate degree in Mechanical Technology and/or Bachelors degree from an acceptable Technical Training Institution in a machinist or millwright-oriented program is preferred. 5-10 years experience in Oil and Gas Plant maintenance is required. Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics, and the ability to weld, is preferred. Skilled on the Job Hazard Analysis, Confine Space Entry, Permit to Work system and Clearance application requirement. Electrical and PLC experience (Allen Bradley) would be a plus. Proficient in the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), preferably SAP. Experience with MS Office suite (Excel, Word) with MS 365 package. Proficiency in English Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, including clear communication, teamwork, respect for colleagues, and ability to collaborate effectively and work under pressure.
