The location in Johnsonburg, (Pennsylvania, United States), is seeking talent to fill the position of Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor for its J1 Paper Machine. This job is full-time permanent.

Requirements

Leadership skills
multiple years’ mechanical work experience in an industrial setting
strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge
Ability and willingness to support a 24/7 operation

Nice To Haves

Technical degree with emphasis on mechanical technologies
familiar with reliability centered maintenance practices and predictive maintenance tools, including but not limited to vibration analysis, thermography, lube analysis and failure analysis techniques
SAP system experience
Pulp and Paper equipment experience

Responsibilities

Coordinating the day-to-day activities of a work group of about 10 employees.
Responsible for day-to-day mechanical troubleshooting, timely issue resolution and reliability improvement activities.
Responsible for planning and scheduling the maintenance team to safely achieve controlled backlog management.
Ensures that the predictive and preventative maintenance schedules are adhered to timely.
Identify potential problem areas and act to increase reliability and reduce costs.
Set performance expectations and provide feedback to team members on areas of improvement using performance management skills.
Responsible for safety and training within the department.
