We're on the hunt for a dynamic and driven Mechanical Lift Maintenance Technician I to become a vital part of our team, ensuring the smooth operation of ski lifts, gondolas, and tram systems. In this exciting role, you'll work hands-on with customers, using your technical expertise and diagnostic tools to tackle machinery challenges and uncover the root causes of malfunctions. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING As a Mechanical Lift Maintenance Technician I, you will be the problem solver who dives into mechanical challenges, providing expert maintenance and repairs to ensure lift systems operate seamlessly. Your role involves working directly with clients, offering solutions and building lasting relationships through your technical expertise. Additionally, you'll document your successes and communications in our task management system, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and standard operating procedures. This is a full-time, hourly position hiring at $22.00-$26.00 per hour based on relevant experience & certifications. Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of heavy mechanical repair experience.
  • Demonstrated experience reading and interpreting mechanical drawings & prints.
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
  • Ability to work in inclement weather in a mountainous environment at heights in excess of 20 feet.
  • Authorized to work in the United States of America.
  • Proficient in the English language.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in ski lift maintenance & repair.
  • Advanced experience and/or certifications in welding.
  • At least 1 year of previous NDT experience (MT/PT).
