About The Position

Lead and mentor a team of mechanical operators in designing, developing, and validating mechanical solutions for Jabil’s product portfolio. Ensure solutions meet quality, cost-effectiveness, and delivery objectives. The role involves establishing mechanical design processes and standards, working across functions to support product integration and manufacturability, and managing mechanical engineering schedules and resources. It also includes identifying technical risks and contributing to design reviews to maintain design integrity and compliance with specifications.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a technical team.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards relevant to product development.
• Project management experience, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
