About The Position

This role will align with Accenture's Manufacturing & Operations practice, specifically within the Maintenance & Reliability offering. Professionals in this area help clients achieve digital transformation in their core manufacturing and operations throughout the full lifecycle of their assets. They leverage domain expertise in consulting and technology to unlock operational and capital expenditure efficiencies. Asset Management professionals focus on improving profitability and reducing asset-related operational risk over the asset lifecycle by defining, developing, and deploying intelligent asset management solutions such as EAM and RBI. The work involves providing solutions to business problems in Asset Performance Management for process industries, primarily in the Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Chemical domain, with a focus on Corrosion and Inspection or Mechanical Integrity experience. The role includes developing Point of Views (POVs) and thought leadership on current and emerging trends and technologies in corrosion and inspection. It also requires developing and articulating strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis, and creating methodologies for providing functional expertise to address client-specific problems. The ideal candidate will have a team-oriented and collaborative approach, excellent presentation skills, and strong oral and writing capabilities, functioning effectively in a diverse consulting environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Corrosion and Inspection management with at least 2 years of core corrosion, inspection, or maintenance experience
  • 3+ years hands on experience of APM tools and techniques like Asset Criticality analysis, Risk Based Inspections (RBI), Inspection schedule review, Turnaround management etc.
  • Exposure to API, ASTM standards, ISO standards, Risk based Approach, Predictive and Preventative maintenance philosophies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have a minimum of 6 years’ work experience), preferably in Metallurgy Engineer or Mechanical Engineer

Nice To Haves

  • API 571, 580 certified preferred, not mandatory
  • Proficiency in Integrity management software such as; Meridium, PCMS-E2G or any other IDMS
  • Good knowledge of corrosion and inspection strategies like Chemical Injections, metallurgy upgrade etc.
  • Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.
  • Develop methodologies for providing functional expertise after looking a client specific problem
  • Understands CML allocation, Construction drawings and inspection drawings
  • Experience in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlickView etc.

  • Provide solutions to solve business problems in the space of Asset Performance management for the process industries mainly focused in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Chemical domain through Corrosion and Inspection or mechanical Integrity experience
