Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2 Years of Related Experience in mechanical field or qualifying degree
  • Maintenance program, tooling build shop or robotic program experience, project leadership/planning capability, written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Ensures equipment and/or software is running properly for production by following standard procedures.
  • Partners with a more experienced Technician to troubleshoot and repair tooling and leverages knowledge gained from training to begin independent troubleshooting of “low” risk items.
  • Proactively looks for/identifies potential for process and quality improvement and calls to attention of Supervisor; may occasionally participate in developing recommendations.
  • Supports new model activity, as assigned by project leader and/or Leadership.
  • Participates in checks, tests, trials etc. under supervision of more experienced Technicians and/or Leadership.
  • Utilizes assistance of other Technicians assigned to the job, as appropriate.
