About The Position
Join our client’s team and actively contribute to the performance of a dynamic workshop where your expertise will truly make a difference. Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the technician will support administrative, operational, and maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Good knowledge of computer tools and the Microsoft Office suite
- English required
Nice To Haves
- Technical training in mechanical engineering
- Industrial maintenance, or a related field
- French considered an asset
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
- Perform administrative follow-ups related to operations
- Prepare various operational reports and documents
- Participate in purchasing parts, supplies, and equipment required for operations
- Follow up with suppliers
- Maintain certain inventories, records, and tracking files up to date
- Assist in planning and monitoring preventive maintenance activities
- Provide support during equipment repairs and troubleshooting
- Perform basic inspections and checks on equipment
- Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment
- Participate in health and safety activities when required
- Perform any other related duties as needed
