About The Position

EwingCole is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern for Summer 2027 to join its Wayne office. The intern will use AutoCAD and Revit to draw architectural or engineering mechanical systems, plans, and details designed by professionals. Students with the necessary skills may initiate their own system designs. The intern will work with Project Engineers on multiple design and documentation tasks while gaining experience toward a P.E.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Architectural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 0–2 years of internship experience.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong technical capacity.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit software.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Use AutoCAD and/or Revit to produce engineering mechanical systems.
• Assist in performing calculations and equipment selections.
• Review submittals.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
