Requirements

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD).
Understanding of basic mechanical principles such as statics, dynamics, thermodynamics, or materials science.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Enthusiastic about hands‑on engineering work and learning new tools and methods.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus).
Exposure to manufacturing processes, machining, or rapid prototyping.
Familiarity with engineering testing equipment or instrumentation.

Responsibilities

Assist in the design, modeling, and analysis of mechanical components and assemblies.
Support prototype fabrication, assembly, and testing activities.
Perform mechanical testing, data collection, and documentation of results.
Collaborate with engineers to evaluate system performance and recommend improvements.
Conduct research on materials, manufacturing methods, and mechanical design best practices.
Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and reports related to mechanical engineering tasks.
