About The Position

Arclin, Inc. is currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer Internship for our Hayward, WI location. Reporting to the Plant Engineering Manager, this role will be assigned a project to support improvement of an existing plant challenge and will also assist process and plant engineers with daily duties in order to gain valuable insight into on-the-job responsibilities. This position will work closely with maintenance, engineering, automation, and safety functions, and will be expected to adhere to site safety requirements and quality control standards.

Requirements

• Working to complete Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Driven & Eager to learn
• MS Office Skills

Responsibilities

• Update the current computerized asset registry
• Preventative maintenance program critiques
• Drafting maintenance-specific Standard Operating Procedures
• Other duties as assigned
