About The Position

Introba is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern to join its Baggage Handling Design team in Dallas, Texas. The intern will gain hands-on experience applying mechanical engineering studies in the aviation sector and assist with all aspects of design. Work may include engineering calculations and simulations, drafting, 3D modeling, observing construction on-site, preparing presentations, and maintaining project files. The intern may also be exposed to related design disciplines, including plumbing and electrical systems.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in and pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related program at an accredited university.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team.
Demonstrated integrity and ethical, fair, and responsible behavior.
Commitment to innovation, continuous learning, and acquiring new skills.
Strong spatial perception and visualization skills.
Intermediate to advanced technology skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office products.

Nice To Haves

General understanding of engineering and construction documentation.
Exposure to computer-aided design software platforms such as AutoCAD and Revit.

Responsibilities
