About The Position

Introba is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern to join its Baggage Handling Design team in Dallas, Texas. The internship offers hands-on experience applying mechanical engineering studies in the aviation sector. The intern will assist with all aspects of design, including calculations and simulation, drafting, 3D modeling, observing construction on site, preparing presentations, and maintaining project files. The intern may also gain exposure to related design disciplines, including plumbing and electrical systems.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in and pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related program at an accredited university.
Strong spatial perception and visualization skills.
Intermediate to advanced technology skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team.

Nice To Haves

General understanding of engineering and construction documentation.
Exposure to computer-aided design software platforms such as AutoCAD and Revit.
