The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,150 - $181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or a related field and 3 years of Experience in the job offered or in a Hardware Engineer-related occupation.
  • 3 years of experience in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of thermal, mechanical, hardware, or software failures or Debugging of hardware and software systems.
  • 3 years of experience in data analysis to generate solutions and develop action plans for solution generation.
  • 3 years of experience in hardware validation planning and execution based on architecture and design or Hardware testing and verification.
  • 3 years of experience in technical documentation of systems, design, and hardware specifications or Technical writing for engineering processes.
  • 3 years of experience in thermal testing and analysis of servers, including proficiency with thermal test equipment, hardware, data center environments, thermal materials, and cooling components to ensure high-quality experimental data and efficient system setup.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve complex hardware issues by implementing corrective solutions to ensure thermal reliability and performance.
  • Build, and document hardware validation components and prototypes in close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Develop thermal validation strategies by translating product features into detailed technical specifications and test processes.
  • Apply engineering best practices to optimize hardware components for performance, power consumption, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Integrate complex hardware systems and subsystems with other products, services, and networks across various product areas. Design essential test fixtures to improve engineering efficiency and improve data accuracy.
