About The Position

We're seeking experienced Mechanical Engineers to help train and improve advanced AI systems. In this fully remote role, you'll evaluate AI-generated engineering content, identify technical inaccuracies, create realistic engineering problems, and develop expert-level solutions that improve AI performance. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who enjoy technical problem solving, analysis, and applying their expertise in a flexible, project-based environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
5+ years of professional engineering experience.
Strong experience in: Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, Experimental Design, Data Analysis, Technical Writing
Ability to perform technical analysis and clearly communicate complex concepts.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Must reside in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Master's or PhD in Engineering or related STEM field.
PE License.
Experience with quality engineering, predictive modeling, simulations, or data visualization.
Interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated engineering analyses, calculations, and technical explanations.
Identify errors in reasoning, assumptions, calculations, and methodology.
Create realistic engineering scenarios and technical problems based on professional experience.
Develop clear, technically accurate solutions and training examples.
Grade AI-generated outputs against established quality standards and rubrics.
Provide detailed feedback to improve technical accuracy.
Analyze engineering data, test results, and technical documentation.
Maintain high quality and productivity while working independently.
