Who we are looking for The Mechanical Engineer - Process & Mechanical will support the execution of industrial and capital projects from concept development through startup and commissioning. This role offers a dynamic mix of technical design work, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on project support. As a key contributor, you will develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), heat and material balances, and equipment specifications, while participating in design reviews, requirements gathering, and vendor coordination. You will create detailed engineering drawings and process models using CAD and simulation (FEA & CFD) tools, and support the preparation of technical reports and project documentation. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with senior and principal engineers, contributing to your ongoing technical and professional development—including pursuing a Professional Engineer (PE) license. You will engage in internal and client-facing meetings, assist with project proposals and estimates, and coordinate with a wide range of disciplines, including mechanical, structural, electrical, and controls teams, as well as fabrication and field service personnel.
