About The Position

The Mechanical Engineer PE I applies standard engineering techniques to design, analyze, test, maintain, repair, or improve products, components, or assemblies. The role analyzes, develops, and evaluates systems; improves and maintains existing systems or creates new projects; and designs and drafts blueprints. It also includes visiting systems in the field and managing projects. The position performs work under general supervision, handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 4–6 years of experience.
• Working knowledge of the subject matter.
• Critical thinking skills.

• Technical expertise.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
