If you're energized by process improvement, automation, equipment design, troubleshooting, and collaborating with production teams to drive results, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. What You'll Love About This Role See the direct impact of your work on production, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Own projects from concept through implementation. Work in a highly collaborative environment where your ideas are encouraged and put into action. Be part of a company where engineers are empowered to make decisions and drive change. What You'll Be Doing As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll apply your engineering knowledge to improve how we manufacture our products. You'll spend time both on the production floor and in the office, identifying opportunities, solving problems, and implementing solutions that improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance. In this role, you will: Design and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and equipment. Lead projects focused on efficiency, throughput, quality, and waste reduction. Troubleshoot manufacturing and equipment issues using engineering principles and root-cause analysis. Support the launch of new products and processes.
