•$108,000 - $140,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Agility Robotics is seeking a mechanical engineer to join its team in Fremont, California, and help develop the next generation of its Digit humanoid robot for commercial-scale deployment. The role owns multiple mechanical and electromechanical parts and assemblies, from design through prototyping and design-for-X (DFx). It works closely with mechanical engineers and multidisciplinary teams to produce reliable designs for demanding, repetitive, heavily loaded applications in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers. The position is hybrid and based at a Fremont office. The engineer must be able to work onsite at the design facility as needed, with a minimum of two days per week and additional attendance for design activities, reviews, and prototype testing. The role requires travel to Salem, stated as 25%. The advertised base salary range is $108,000–$140,000 USD. The final offer depends on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Full-time employees are offered a total rewards package that includes retirement, equity, insurance, leave, well-being support, and other benefits, with some offerings limited to eligible roles or dependent on employee classification. Applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States.
