As a Mechanical Designer or Engineer, you will contribute to the design and documentation of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical building systems across a diverse range of commercial and institutional projects. Your title and responsibilities will reflect your experience level.

Requirements

Associate or technical degree in mechanical engineering or HVAC/plumbing design, or equivalent experience
Proficiency or growing interest in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
Familiarity with IMC, ASHRAE, and applicable mechanical codes
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
U.S. citizenship or valid Green Card.

Nice To Haves

EIT or PE licensure is a plus, not a requirement

Responsibilities

Design HVAC systems including air distribution, heating, cooling, and ventilation
Prepare mechanical drawings and specifications using Revit MEP and AutoCAD
Maintain drawings and documentation per company standards
Design plumbing systems including domestic water, sanitary, and storm drainage
Coordinate with electrical, structural, and architectural disciplines
Incorporate addenda, RFIs, and approved changes
Attend project meetings and site visits
Support BIM coordination and commissioning activities
