Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
- 0 to 2 years’ experience.
- Ability to organize your work and perform multiple functions in a fluid, multi-deadline operations tempo.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-orientated, collaborative environment.
- Live within commuting distance of our Washington, DC office.
Nice To Haves
- Working Autodesk® REVIT knowledge
- Knowledge of building codes and standards.
- Experience with HVAC load calculations and duct sizing.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Participating in the engineering and design for a wide variety of MEP building project types and sizes.
- Participating as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and receiving guidance, support, task delegation, and mentorship.
- Responsible to project managers for scope, schedule, budget, and discipline coordination for assigned projects.
- Responsible for project task deliverables leading to client satisfaction and repeat business with assigned clients.
- Responsible for containing project costs, working efficiently within assigned project scopes.
