About The Position

Requirements

Ability to apply mechanical, chemical, or process engineering fundamentals to develop practical engineering solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Aptitude for planning, organization, multitasking, and coordination in a dynamic environment
Currently enrolled in a Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or related field Engineering Program with an accredited Canadian University

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of analytical and design tools (e.g., MATLAB, and/or MathCAD) is an asset

Responsibilities

Support Engineers, Discipline Leads, and Engineering Managers in day-to-day engineering activities and coordination
Assist in the development and assembly of engineering deliverables for nuclear and conventional mechanical systems
Contribute to project execution in accordance with AtkinsRealis Inc. / Candu Energy Quality Assurance Programs and project requirements
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including Document Control, Project Management, and field teams, on assigned task scopes
Collaborate with members of the nuclear team to support workflow, document reviews, and Request for Information (RFI) activities
Attend technical and project coordination meetings to support project delivery
Promote a positive team environment while contributing to engineering and project management activities
