Requirements

Ability to apply engineering principles to practical solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering Program with an accredited Canadian University
Aptitude for planning, organization, multitasking, and working in a dynamic team environment
Ability to communicate effectively with strong interpersonal and presentation skills

Nice To Haves

familiarity with MATLAB, MathCAD, or StaadPro is an asset

Responsibilities

Support Engineers, Discipline Leads, and Engineering Managers in day-to-day engineering activities and coordination
Assist in delivering work in accordance with AtkinsRealis Inc. / Candu Energy Quality Assurance Programs and project requirements
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including Document Control, Project Management, and field teams, on assigned task scopes
Collaborate with members of the civil team to facilitate workflow, document reviews, and Request for Information (RFI) correspondence
Attend technical and project coordination meetings
Contribute to engineering and project management activities across various projects
Promote a positive and collaborative team environment
