Requirements

Ability to apply engineering, physics, and mathematics principles to practical problem-solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Aptitude for using analytical and design tools such as MATLAB, ETAP, and MathCAD
Ability to communicate effectively through technical writing and professional interactions with colleagues, clients, and contractors
Currently enrolled in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Science, or Math Program with an accredited Canadian University

Responsibilities

Assist Engineers and Discipline Leads with day-to-day engineering activities and support conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design phases for nuclear electrical systems under the supervision of a P.Eng.
Support the development of electrical engineering deliverables for nuclear and conventional systems in accordance with project requirements and Quality Assurance Programs
Coordinate assigned tasks with multidisciplinary teams, including Document Control, Project Management, and field teams
Facilitate document reviews and Request for Information (RFI) responses to support project execution
Attend technical and project coordination meetings and contribute to project discussions
Support engineering and project management activities across a range of nuclear engineering projects
Contribute to a collaborative, open-minded, and positive team environment
