About The Position

Help train and evaluate AI agents that work inside a real CAD environment on long engineering tasks that would take an expert 10–15 hours. Design part geometry, build reference solutions, and judge the agent's attempts. Work alongside CFD engineers who simulate the geometry you build. This freelance project is fully remote and allows contributors to work on their own schedule. During active project phases, tasks are estimated to require around 10–20 hours per week; this is an estimate, not guaranteed workload. Contributors can earn up to $69 per hour equivalent, depending on their level and pace of contribution. Compensation varies across projects based on scope, complexity, and required expertise. Performance-based bonus programs reward high-quality work and consistent delivery.

Requirements

• A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional, hands-on CAD modelling experience using CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Creo, or a similar tool.
• An active professional CAD licence of your own.
• Comfort with Python and GitHub.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Nice To Haves

• A Master's degree or PhD.
• Experience preparing geometry for simulation using ANSYS or a similar tool.
