About The Position

Precision Pumping Systems (PPS) is a local, family-owned manufacturer established in 1972. They are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking skilled Mechanical Assemblers to construct their industry-leading pump stations. PPS values growth, family, and flexibility in its team members.

Requirements

• HS Diploma/GED
• 1+ year pump experience
• 1+ year manufacturing/assembly experience
• Valid US Driver's License and clean Motor Vehicle Report
• Legally able to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with bandsaws, threading machines, or grooving equipment

Responsibilities

• Assemble pumping stations per schematics, prints, and wiring diagrams.
• Verify work and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
• Report non-conformances to area leads or supervisors as they arise.
• Follow company guidelines and SOP's to ensure quality standards are achieved.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Utilize safe, quality practices and systems at all times.
• Maintain an organized, clean work area.
• Record time for the jobs.
