About The Position
FieldBridge is hiring Associate Mechanical Assemblers for a leading energy services company’s manufacturing facility in Alvarado, Texas. Under general supervision, the Mechanical Assembler assembles mechanical and electro-mechanical products, including fitting, aligning, adjusting, and testing components. This is a long-term assignment suited to hands-on workers with manufacturing, assembly, or production experience. The schedule is a day shift consisting of four 10-hour days per week. Regular overtime is available, and pay is $17.75 per hour, paid weekly on Fridays. The posting gives an example of gross weekly pay of $976.25 for 50 hours worked.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of assembly, production, or hands-on manufacturing experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and good hands-on skills.
- Strong attention to detail for inspection tasks.
- Ability to learn new processes quickly.
- Availability for a 4x10 day shift with regular overtime.

Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical parts and equipment according to work instructions.
- Fit, mount, align, and adjust components using air presses, drills, and hand tools.
- Perform operational testing on completed assemblies.
- Inspect materials and finished products, and identify and report quality issues.
- Follow all safety procedures, including procedures for handling explosive products.
