Requirements
- Typically requires a HS Diploma or GED
- Minimum Of 1 Year Experience In Mechanical Assembly Or Related Field
- Ability To Interpret And Understand Technical Drawings And Instructions
- Knowledge Of Basic Hand And Power Tools, Including Torque Wrenches And Pneumatic Tools
- Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Production Environment

Responsibilities
- Assemble and test critical components for the A320 Neo program.
- Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly of parts.
- Utilize mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during assembly.
- Maintain a high level of precision and attention to detail while working on complex and intricate components.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working with machinery and tools.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assemblies.
- Keep accurate records of assembly processes and any issues encountered.
- Continuously monitor and maintain the quality of assembled components.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding any updates, issues, or concerns.
- Keep work area clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adapt to changes in assembly processes and procedures as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.
