About The Position
Fountain Tire Ponoka is looking for a Mechanic to join their team. This role is for a well-rounded Apprentice or Journeyperson Mechanic who is comfortable with all aspects of diagnostics and repair. The job involves performing full diagnostic, repair, and mechanical services for cars, light trucks, and other vehicles. The position also requires providing professional and friendly customer service, ensuring safety in the workplace, and taking pride in keeping customers on the road.
Requirements
- Must be a registered Automotive Service Apprentice.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver’s Abstract.
Nice To Haves
- Journeyperson Mechanic certification.
- Comfortable with all aspects of diagnostics and repair.
- Self-motivated technician who thrives in a busy shop environment.
