Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production line equipment including fillers, conveyors, labelers, motors, and auxiliary systems. Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Install, align, and commission new equipment, including participation in plant expansions and continuous improvement initiatives. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and implement timely corrective actions. Support production changeovers, line setups, and adjustments to ensure optimal performance and product quality. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to support repairs and modifications. Perform minor fabrication and machining of parts as needed using shop equipment. Troubleshoot basic PLC-controlled systems and interface with controls technicians as needed. Respond to emergency breakdowns, including equipment shutdown, safety assessment, and controlled restart of operations. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and compliance documentation. Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and reliability initiatives. Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
