This is a remote/ rotational position, working in Prudhoe Bay, AK. The typical schedule is 84 hours per week (40 hours straight time and a minimum of 44 hours at time and a half). All meals and lodging are provided by Worley while the employee is on location. Transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay is provided. Job Purpose: Responsible for all aspects of maintenance and the repairing of heavy and light equipment in and out of the shops. Essential Job Functions: Maintenance and rebuilding of PACCAR equipment will be prevalent. Analyze, diagnose, repair, rebuild and provide maintenance of equipment, tractor-trailers, water, vac, and fuel trucks. Dismantles, repairs, and reassembles equipment using hoists, hand tools and pneumatic and electric tools. Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance. Work on engines, structural systems, hydraulic and electrical systems, and subassemblies such as transmissions and differentials. Routinely perform safety and productivity observations: shop, field, vehicle, and equipment. Perform duties in shop or in field as necessary. Safely climb ladders of various heights.
