About The Position

This position involves performing a variety of tasks that require strenuous manual labor in various projects. The role includes maintaining a clean job site, handling and storing materials, loading and unloading trucks, and assisting other trades. Safety and proper procedure adherence are paramount, as is the ability to use various tools and equipment effectively. The role also requires assisting with minor snow removal and demonstrating strong core competencies related to guest service, collaboration, and initiative.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
• Ability to communicate.
• Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects, use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.

Responsibilities
