As a Full-Time Mechanic Helper at PMG Master Holdings LLC, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our busy manufacturing plant. Your responsibilities will include working safely and efficiently to ensure that tanker trucks are loaded promptly and correctly. You will be expected to perform general repairs and maintenance of equipment, ensuring optimal operation while supporting the compounding and mixing team members. Your mechanical skills will be put to use in a versatile, hands-on environment that emphasizes cross-functional collaboration. Requirements

  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to operate various equipment such as compressors, pumps, and forklifts safely.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools for general repairs and maintenance.
  • Perform all tasks in accordance with safety rules and practices.
  • Attention to detail when loading tanker trucks and transferring materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret operation manuals.
  • Follow step-by-step instructions.
  • Effectively communicate with team members.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Understanding the safe and proper use and operation of equipment such as compressors, pumps, vacuum systems, pneumatic door openers, tanks, motors, hoses, valves, silos, and forklifts.
  • Physical stamina.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized work area.
  • Contribute positively to a team-oriented atmosphere.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hydraulics or mechanics.
